Shipping Policy

Delivery time = Processing time + Shipping time

We use a processing time of 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday). Orders placed before 17:00 (EST- New York) will be processed the same day. All products always go through a short processing procedure before they are shipped.

After processing, the average shipping time is 4–7 business days. In total, you can expect a delivery time of approximately 5–10 business days from the moment your order is placed.

Delays

During periods of unexpected high demand, delivery may sometimes take slightly longer than usual. We do everything we can to process orders as quickly as possible and ask for your understanding if delays occur. Of course, we will keep you informed and strive to keep delays to a minimum.
