What is the delivery time of my order?

When you order something from Vazari Boutique, the delivery time may be slightly different from what you are used to. Because our products are shipped directly from our suppliers, we can significantly reduce storage and transportation costs. This allows us to offer our products at very competitive prices.

The average delivery time is 4–8 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays), with a processing time of 1–3 business days beforehand.

What should I do if I have not received my order yet?

Due to the high demand for our products, it is possible that your product may arrive a little later than expected. We hope for your understanding.

If this period has passed and you still have not received anything, please send an email to info@vazari-boutique.com. We will then investigate what happened with your package.

I want to exchange/return my order. How can I do that?

To return a product, simply contact our customer service via info@vazari-boutique.com. Please include your name, order number (for example: #0000) that you received in the confirmation email, and the reason for the return.

We will then provide you with the return address and confirm the return. After that, you can send the product back to us using a courier of your choice.

What are the costs for returns?

Unfortunately, return shipping costs are at your own expense. The costs depend on the courier you choose. Please consult the website of the courier you want to use for more information about their rates.

What are the conditions for returning my product(s)?

There is always a 30-day return period. The return period starts on the day you receive the item. However, there are some conditions for returning products.

You can only return an item if:

  • The return period has not yet expired;

  • The product is in its original packaging and all labels are still attached;

  • The product has not been used.

Which payment methods can I use?

We accept payments via Creditcard, Shopify Payments. If you are not sure whether your payment method is accepted, follow the steps on the payment page to see all available options.

All transactions are processed through secure and reliable payment systems and are therefore 100% safe.

What if I did not receive a confirmation email for my order?

That should not happen. Please send an email with your full name and email address to info@vazari-boutique.com, and we will assist you as soon as possible.

Can I cancel my order?

Do you want to cancel your order for any reason? Please send an email as soon as possible to info@vazari-boutique.com.

Include your name, order number (for example: #0000) from the confirmation email, and preferably also the reason why you would like to cancel the order.
